1. General Provisions
1.1. This document establishes the terms and conditions for the provision of services by the COS Project and regulates the operation of the support service.
2. Terms of Service for COS Project
2.1 COS Project services are provided exclusively within the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the DPR, and the LPR. COS Project does not provide services in any other countries without exception.
2.2 Services are provided remotely (online) for self-installation, with the possibility of remote support from a specialist, as well as through personal visits to partner service centers that handle drone and related equipment repair and maintenance.
2.3 Access to COS Project services is granted only after user profile verification or via a personal invitation from existing users.
2.4 Payment for COS Project services is accepted only in Russian rubles.
- For online payment — through the payment form accepting cards of Russian banks of the MIR payment system.
- For in-person visits to service centers — cash or bank transfer.
- Payment via cryptocurrency or foreign payment systems and e-wallets is not permitted
2.5 Refunds or recalculations for services not rendered due to force majeure events are carried out in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer.
2.6 No refunds are provided for used CTKs or for installed or activated COS Project solutions.
2.7 Transfer of the ONE or Companion Plus license from one device to another for any reason (including but not limited to malfunctions, hardware failures, damage, etc.), as well as the restoration of CTKs for reactivation on other “functional” devices (including in cases where CTKs were used on devices without prior verification of operability), is not allowed. Requests for transfer or restoration will not be considered.
2.8 The software license (hereinafter — “Software”) is provided on an “as is” basis, meaning that the Licensee waives any claims against COS Project regarding the functionality meeting expectations, issues arising during installation, updates, support, and operation of the Software (including compatibility issues with other software, ambiguities in documentation, loss of profit, business interruption, etc.). Any individual or legal entity using the Software lawfully assumes full responsibility for any adverse consequences caused by incompatibility or conflicts with other software installed on their device.
2.9 COS Project software does not interfere with the operation of UAVs or their internal systems. Any malfunctions, losses, or suppression of UAVs are not attributable to the operation of COS Project software. Responsibility lies with the operator of the UAV.
2.10 COS Project software does not collect personal data, photo or video materials, and does not transmit them to servers. Logging, diagnostic, or debug information collection is not performed.
2.11 Users must not perform actions that violate exclusive rights to COS Project software, including:
- Disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering;
- Modification of the software (except for permitted changes described in the documentation);
- Providing access to third parties, interfering with their work, changing settings without legal grounds;
- Distribution of the software, including transfer, sale, rental, or posting in open access;
- Creating similar software based on the code or documentation.
- Violation of these conditions is grounds for unilateral termination of services without refund and may entail liability under Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
2.12 Service of COS Project software may only be performed by our specialists and developers. Any unauthorized interference or modification may be treated according to clause 2.11.
2.13 Distribution of modified COS Project software under the guise of the original or similar in name/functionality without the consent of the copyright holder constitutes the creation and distribution of counterfeit software. Individuals using or distributing such software may be held liable under Articles 273 and 274 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Support Service
3.1 Support operates on weekdays from 09:00 to 00:00 Moscow time. Response times may be longer on weekends and holidays, except for special-priority cases.
3.2 Support handles requests related to COS Project software issues. Requests unrelated to COS Project software or related to third-party products will not be processed.
3.3 Requests will only be considered if the applicant is a member of the official COS Project community per established rules. Requests from non-members will not be considered.
3.4 Requests regarding joining the community and accessing COS Project software are handled in accordance with clause 2.3.
3.5 Support provides consultation and recommendations for self-setup and installation. Complete setup and installation are only performed when the remote installation service is ordered. Otherwise, support will not perform these actions.
3.6 Assistance with software operation requires prior review of the relevant documentation by the applicant. Otherwise, the request may be rejected or partially fulfilled with reference to the need to study the documentation.
3.7 If necessary, support may request remote access to the user’s device via specialized software (e.g., AnyDesk). This access is used solely for technical assistance and not for unauthorized interference, data theft, or malware distribution.
3.8 Support may refuse service to individuals who do not observe polite communication. Repeated violations may lead to account blocking.
3.9 Support may refuse service to users operating COS Project software in countries where services are not provided and may temporarily suspend software operation until the user returns to an eligible country. Use in prohibited jurisdictions violates clause 2.1.
3.10 Accounts may be blocked without refund in cases of suspicious actions, pressure, threats, insults toward support or administration, or community rule violations.
3.11 Completion of the community application survey is mandatory per clause 2.3. Refusal to answer questions terminates the dialogue unilaterally.
3.12 Support is not required to answer questions unrelated to COS Project software.
3.13 Support does not provide drone or controller repair services, including remote maintenance. In case of malfunction, users should contact specialized service centers.
